During the late 70's and early 80's I lived and worked in Central and South America as well as Mexico. My son was born in Mexico City. In early 1999 a life-long friend invited me to Scottsdale to start a business, and I began dreaming of Mexico again. You might say I was born again in the mountains, trails, and pathways of the Sonoran Desert. In 2003 I began hiking the beauty of Arizona and haven't stopped. Hiking and walking have been my salvation. Life has been my best university. I always ask two questions:
1. Is this true? 2. What is the lesson? Experience without a lesson is meaningless activity. Since then I have sat on-site for builders and have been involved in all aspects of the industry including sales and marketing, sales manager, project manager, loan origination and processing, escrow closings and note sales. In the Phoenix market I've represented builders and am a licensed agent and active member of MLS, PAR and NAR.
